The DKS 100 are Vehicular Docking Stations designed to support and supply power to fixed TRC9100 and TRC5100 Handheld Section radios.

On a mechanical frame (MS02) used as a support for fixation on the vehicle, each docking station includes a power supply adapter (DRA01) to be connected to the radio in the place of the regular external battery, and the DC/DC converter for radio power supply (DRA02) and its cables.

As an option, a long and loose cable between DRA01 and DRA02 may be supplied to allow the crew to use the radio outside the vehicle such as a wired terminal. The radio is connected to a vehicle roof antenna, and to a handset.
