These competencies and capabilities have given us the competitive edge in re-engineering defense communications products and services for use by the Armed Forces both locally and abroad.

STE has the knowledge, capability and facilities to perform complete development, qualification and integration of military communication products, as well as to develop automated test equipment for the respective products.
