SECRETARY CUM PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities

• Provide efficient day to day secretarial support and office administration to the CEO and COO.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment for CEO & COO.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, venues, preparation of agendas.
• Arrange and coordinate on visitors and/or inter-country travel related matters e.g. travel documents preparation, booking of flight tickets, accommodation arrangement etc.
• Dealing with correspondence and taking dictation and minutes.
• Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, monthly operation reports.
• Ensure an appropriate filing system by documenting systematically all relevant documents of easy retrieval and secure manner.
• Ensure proper handling of documents with regards to signature, distributions & responses.
• To assist on CEO & COO office overall administrations, as and when is required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC) or equivalent.
• Preferably with more than 2 years related working experience.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and oral is a prerequisite
• Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Possess initiative and able to work independently.
• Pleasant and mature personality with good interpersonal skills.
• High level ICT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Power Point and Excel spreadsheet.

TEST ENGINEER
Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of test technicians in production line.
• Set-up and maintain a manual / semi-automated testing benches.
• Specify the test bench setup and procedures for testing.
• Analyze and Trouble-shoot Test Failures.
• Monitor Test Yields and implement improvements.
• Design Test bench, Jigs and Fixtures to improve test processes.
• Work with R&D for prototype testing and transfer of production procedures.
• Work with Quality Department to improve quality of products manufactured.
• Load secured customer software into radios

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering ( Electronics or Telecommunication  Engineering ).
• 2-5 years working experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in assembly and testing of electrical/electronics products.  Experience in RF testing will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering practices.
• Good knowledge of electrical/electronics testing inclusive of circuits trouble-shooting.
• Good knowledge of test equipment, set-up, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of test bench systems will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge in statistical analysis.
• PC literate especially on Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Good communication skill.

TEST TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities

• Testing of modules and final product.
• Trouble-shoot and repair testing problem of modules and final product.
• Basic Maintenance of production testing equipment.
• Evaluate testing procedures for improvement.
• Work with R&D for prototype/evaluation testing.
• Work with Test Engineer to optimize test bench set-up & procedures.
• Work with Quality Department to improve quality of products manufactured.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Communication Engineering).
• 2-5 years working experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in testing of electrical/electronics products.  Experience RF testing will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical /electronics testing.
• Good knowledge of test equipment, set-up, and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical / electronics circuit trouble-shooting.
• Knowledge of test bench systems will be added advantage.
• PC literate especially on Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly processes according to work instructions provided using the correct materials specified  (soldering and rework included).
• Perform test or inspections on sub-assemblies according to work instructions provided.
• Record production information according to standard operating procedures.
• Highlight any quality issues in the product or assembly to supervisor or quality personnel.
• Meet rate of production as required by the supervisor.
• Participate in group discussions to improve the product and process.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent  (High school;  “O” level).
• Preferably with some working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good experience in soldering of components and solder rework process.
• Can understand, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Can understand basic instruction (written and oral) in English.
• Basic knowledge of Mathematics.
• Basic knowledge of operating a PC preferred.
• Electrical Assembly knowledge; especially in soldering and rework of components.

QA TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Manager to develop the ISO 9001:2000 documentation.
• Assist Quality Manager to coordinate all the ISO 9001:2000 project activities.
• Compile data, analyze, and summarize the status and performance of process and quality system through review and audit process.
• Support the Quality Inspection Team – incoming, in process and outgoing inspection.

Requirements:

• Diploma Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Communication Engineering).
• 2-5 years working experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in Quality Department.  Experience in developing and implementing ISO 9001:2000 as a working committee or as an ISO 9001 internal auditor will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Quality Control – Inspection and testing system.
• Good knowledge of writing document such as work instruction.
• Good knowledge on statistical techniques inclusive 7 QC tools.
• Basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2000 or 9001:2008 requirements.
• PC literate especially on Microsoft Office.

UNDERGRADUATES INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Purpose
We are opening the undergraduates internship programme to promote the Company as the preferred/choice employer for graduates. We hope to identify potential talents among undergraduates in their final year besides an opportunity to expose them with working experience.

The Interns will be given an opportunity to experience different challenges and put their capabilities to the test through involvement in an on-going project together with experience team.

As an Intern, you will be eligible to an allowance.  You may also be offered a position in STE when you graduate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Megatronic/Computer.
• Undergo 6 months or more training period.
